Terry MacGillivray was renowned around Peachland for being an Elvis Tribute Artist. Although he had a passion for music, specifically Elvis Presley music, he never pursued his dream of being a singer at a young age. However, with the support and encouragement from Anita one night at Karaoke, Terry’s passion was renewed. Several year’s later, Elvis Express was created and Terry was having the time of his life fulfilling his dream of being an Elvis Tribute Artist and bringing smiles of joy to the audiences that he loved to perform for.
As in the past, the event will take place at Cousins Park on Beach Avenue across from swim bay in Peachland, BC. The concert will be on July 16, 2011 with the Teen Talent Competition in the afternoon and a line-up of talented performers in the evening. There will also be a variety of vendors and a beer garden available throughout the day and evening.
